Right of Withdrawal
No Right of Withdrawal – Contracts Exclusively with Businesses
XONIC Solutions GmbH enters into contracts exclusively with businesses as defined in Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), with legal entities under public law, and with special funds under public law. Sales to consumers as defined in Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) do not take place.
The statutory right of withdrawal under § 355 BGB applies exclusively to consumers. Since we do not enter into contracts with consumers, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. No contractual right of withdrawal is granted.
