No. Initial setup is an optional add-on service that you can book in addition to your XONIC package. It’s designed for anyone who wants to be up and running right away without having to go through a training process themselves.
What content do I need to provide myself?
You provide the text and logos—such as your legal content and company logo. We’ll professionally integrate them, format them neatly, and place them in the correct locations within the store.
Does XONIC also create my legal texts?
We will structure and incorporate the legal content you provide, such as the legal notice, terms and conditions, and cancellation policy. Your legal counsel is responsible for ensuring the legal compliance of the texts themselves—we handle the technical implementation correctly.
Will my store go live immediately afterward?
