Shipping and Payment
Shipping Costs
XONIC provides exclusively digital services—SaaS packages, software downloads, and services—for which no shipping costs apply.
Provision / Delivery Time
Downloadable products and access credentials are provided upon receipt of payment. Services are provided in accordance with the respective agreement. XONIC SaaS packages are provided on an ongoing basis for the entire term of the contract; access credentials are activated upon conclusion of the contract or at the start of the free trial period.
Prices
All prices are net, plus the applicable statutory value-added tax.
Billing & Term (SaaS Packages)
Package fees are billed monthly. A minimum contract term of 12 months applies, with subsequent automatic renewal for 12-month periods (4-week notice period required prior to the end of the term). A 30-day free trial period is available before the first billing cycle. No revenue share applies.
Payment Options
Our store does not charge any payment processing fees for any payment methods.
Prepayment
When paying in advance, please transfer the total amount shown to our business account. You will automatically receive our bank details and further information via email after your order is received.
PayPal
Pay via PayPal—the online payment service that lets you pay securely, easily, and quickly worldwide. You can use a credit card, direct debit (Germany only), or invoice even without a PayPal account.
Invoice
Payment by invoice is possible—subject to a positive review and our approval.
Stripe
Stripe supports various modern payment methods that enable secure and fast processing:
Credit card: Payment with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others—accepted directly and worldwide.
Apple Pay: For Apple users—fast payment via Face ID or Touch ID on iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
Google Pay: For Android devices—easy payment via your linked Google account.
All payments are encrypted and securely processed through Stripe. With “Link,” Stripe has also developed a way to pay with just one click.
