What external fees apply?

In the interest of full transparency: Fees from payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Mollie, Unzer, Datatrans, etc.) and commissions from marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, OTTO, etc.) apply—but these go directly to the respective provider. XONIC does not receive a share of these.

What is the minimum contract term?

All packages (Basic, Professional, Premium) have a contract term of 12 months. You simply choose your payment method: convenient monthly, half-yearly or a single annual payment — the annual payment is the most cost-effective. With the order we invoice the first billing period; the following ones are invoiced automatically. After the 12 months have expired, the contract automatically renews for another 12 months unless it is canceled at the end of the term. Enterprise contracts are based on individual agreements.

Can I switch packages later?

Yes, at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately; a downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing period. Your data, orders, and configurations are fully preserved—no migration effort required on your part.

Are the prices net or gross?

All prices listed are net prices and do not include applicable sales tax. XONIC is a B2B provider—we serve exclusively business customers, self-employed individuals, and legal entities.

How quickly can a new store be up and running?

A standard setup goes live in 1–3 business days. For complex data migrations or custom template designs, we’ll work with you to estimate the timeframe—typically, 2 to 4 weeks is realistic. Existing customers requesting a setup will receive a fixed delivery date.

How much does a marketplace integration cost?

Starting at €19/month per marketplace, plus a one-time setup fee, the amount of which varies by marketplace. The setup fee covers our onboarding services—including the import of categories, attributes, and marketplace-specific requirements (e.g., eBay categories, Amazon flat files). You can find the specific setup terms on the respective marketplace landing page. There are no product limits on our end— you can list as many items as you like. Included are the technical integration, inventory synchronization, order import, and ongoing support. We handle the entire activation process—you just provide your marketplace login credentials. Data maintenance and product mapping (categories, attributes, marketplace-specific fields) are the customer’s responsibility; upon request, we can handle this on a time-and-materials basis.

What happens to my data upon cancellation?

You’ll receive a complete data export (products, customers, orders) as a CSV or JSON file. Upon request, we’ll provide the complete database backup. Data is deleted in accordance with legal retention periods—GDPR-compliant and verifiable.

The XONIC E-Commerce Shop System is designed as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) from Germany—with clear pricing tiers, fair terms, and no hidden costs. Four main packages (Basic, Professional, Premium, and Enterprise) cover everything from small online stores to international e-commerce platforms. Each package includes hosting in German data centers, all software updates, email support from actual developers, as well as the AI module and the ContentEditor. Phone support and uptime monitoring are included starting with the Professional package.

With annual billing, you save up to 25 percent compared to monthly billing. All packages have a 12-month contract term—you simply choose your payment frequency: conveniently monthly, semi-annually, or once a year (lowest price). Enterprise contracts are arranged on an individual basis. There are no additional setup fees when switching between packages—your data remains fully intact.

How much does a XONIC store actually cost?

The Basic package starts at €149/month (annual) or €199/month (monthly) and is designed for smaller shops with up to four employee accounts and 20 GB of hosting. The Professional package costs €249 or €299 per month and offers 100 GB of hosting, 5 included employee accounts, and prioritized support—ideal for growing multichannel retailers. The Premium package, priced at 449 € or 499 € per month, is aimed at established retailers and includes 200 GB of hosting, 10 included employee accounts, and the option to add unlimited additional accounts. For corporate groups and special cases, we offer enterprise solutions with custom configurations, a dedicated account manager, and tailored SLAs.

Marketplace integrations for 17 European platforms

XONIC optionally connects your store to 17 European marketplaces: Amazon, eBay, Idealo, Kaufland, Otto, Check24, Etsy, Galaxus, shöpping.at, Manor, Decathlon, Conrad, Galeria, home24, MediaMarkt, OBI, and OTTO Office. Marketplace integrations can be added as optional extras starting with the Professional package—from €19/month per marketplace, plus a one-time setup fee, the amount of which varies by marketplace. The price includes the technical integration, inventory synchronization, order import, and ongoing support. Our team handles the entire technical activation process. Data maintenance and product mapping are the customer’s responsibility; upon request, we can handle these on a time-and-materials basis.

Extensions and Modules

Additional modules such as Marketing Automation (€468/year), Customer Service & CRM (€468/year), Multichannel (€468/year), Multishop (€2,160/year), the xoPort data interface (€300/year), Advanced Features (€300/year), Product Designer (€500/year), and the Lock System Configurator (€468/year) can be added as optional extras. If you use your own API credentials for OpenAI or Claude, the AI extension is included free of charge with the Marketing module.

B2B Model with Net Prices

XONIC is a B2B-only provider for commercial customers, self-employed individuals, and legal entities. All prices listed are net prices and are subject to applicable sales tax. Billing is done via invoice with a payment term. Hosting, support, updates, and patches are included in the monthly package price—you pay no additional license or maintenance fees.
