Scope of Services

What the setup fee covers.

The fee covers the one-time setup. When placing your order, you can choose whether we integrate Google Analytics directly into your store or via Google Tag Manager—we offer the Tag Manager option for an additional fee.

  • Creation of a new Google account, if you don’t already have one
  • Integration of your XONIC store by an expert from our team, according to the option you selected
  • One-time review of your Analytics settings as part of the setup
  • Initial analysis via the XONIC support account, in which our experts identify areas for improvement

Here’s what we need from you: a store running XONIC V3 or V4. If you already have a Google Analytics account, invite the XONIC support account yourself via the access management section of your account. This requires the “Administrator” role—only this role is authorized to add users in Google Analytics.

Which option is right for you? We generally recommend direct integration. Choose Tag Manager if you’d like to centrally manage other tags there. If you’d like to set up the integration yourself, you’ll find the steps in the Google Tools guide.
