EU Warranty Notice & GARAN Label

As of September 27, 2026, two labeling requirements apply: the harmonized notice regarding the statutory warranty and—for extended manufacturer warranties—the EU GARAN label. XONIC includes both. The notice appears automatically without any action on your part. The label appears only on items that you approve.

At a Glance

  • Notification: Appears automatically with every purchase—in the shopping cart, the sidebar shopping cart, the order summary, and the order confirmation. The settings are located under Settings → Checkout → General.
  • GARAN Label: Only for items with a free two-year manufacturer’s warranty covering the entire product—and only if you approve the item. For an overview, see Products → EU-GARAN Checklist.
  • Multilingual: You do not need to enter anything yourself. The store selects the official language version of the message; the label is language-neutral.
  • Warranty Period: The line “24-month statutory warranty” on the product page is a separate entry. It has nothing to do with the GARAN label.
  • Prerequisite: XONIC version 4.9.0 or later.

Legal Framework

Two separate obligations, one deadline—no transition period, no grandfather clause.

The Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 (OJ L 2025/1960 of October 2, 2025) regarding Article 22a of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, as amended by Directive (EU) 2024/825. Annex I governs the harmonized notice, and Annex II governs the label for commercial shelf-life guarantees. The German implementation is provided for in Articles 246 and 246a of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB) and Section 312d of the German Civil Code (BGB), published in the Federal Law Gazette (BGBl.) 2026 I No. 28 of February 5, 2026. In addition, the European Commission published practical guidelines on April 1, 2026—these are not binding but are helpful in cases of doubt.

Both obligations apply only to goods and only in business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions. Pure services are not affected; for digital content, a simple reference to the statutory warranty is sufficient. Both obligations have been in effect without a transition period since September 27, 2026.

A warranty is not the same as a guarantee

This distinction determines which of the two obligations applies to you.

Statutory Warranty

Applies always and to every product, for at least two years—regardless of what the manufacturer or retailer promises. This is what Obligation 1 refers to: the notice that must be provided storewide with every purchase of goods.

Commercial Durability Guarantee

A voluntary promise: It may exist, but is not required, and can be tailored as desired. This is what Obligation 2 refers to: the GARAN label—only for items that meet all four criteria.

The Most Common Misconception

“We offer a two-year warranty” is not a guarantee, but rather a restatement of the law. Conversely, a generous manufacturer’s warranty never replaces the warranty notice. The obligations exist side by side: You need the notice in every case; the label is required only under strict conditions.

What Your Customers See in the Store

Up to four pieces of information regarding warranty and guarantee are displayed in the store. Each is controlled separately.

ItemHow the customer sees itApplies toWhere you configure it
Warranty Period“24-month statutory warranty” with label iconPer itemItem, “General” tab, “Warranty Period” field (Warranty Period section)
EU Warranty Notice (Requirement 1)“Your Statutory Warranty Rights” section with the European Commission graphicStorewide, for every purchase of goodsSettings → Checkout → General (Settings section)
Manufacturer’s Warranty“5-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty,” with the warranty terms available in a drop-down menu belowPer itemItem: “Manufacturer’s Warranty (Years)” and “Warranty Terms (Manufacturer’s Warranty)”
EU-GARAN Label (Requirement 2)Small label showing the warranty period and a short description; one click opens the full labelPer item, only after approvalItem: “Show EU-GARAN Label” or Products → EU-GARAN Checklist (Approval section)

Requirement 1: The harmonized notice

A fixed, standardized notice regarding the statutory warranty—displayed throughout the store, unchanged, in color.

Requirements from Annex I

  • No elements may be edited: wording, layout, colors, and symbol are fixed; abbreviations and custom phrasing are also prohibited.
  • Must be in color (RGB)online.
  • The minimum A4 size applies only to printed contracts —not to the display in the online store.

Collapsed or expanded?

By default, XONIC displays a short block with a heading, explanation, and EU link. Clicking “Show EU Commission Notice” expands the full graphic. This keeps the shopping cart and order summary clear and organized. The Commission’s practical guidelines permit this display.

However, Annex I does not explicitly provide for the collapsed display. If your legal counsel requires a strict interpretation, set the display to “full.” Then the graphic will appear on the page without requiring a click.

Requirement 2: The EU-GARAN Label

Four criteria must be met simultaneously. If even one is missing, the label must not be displayed.

#CriterionPractical Implications
aFrom the manufacturerThe manufacturer provides the warranty and informs you of it. A warranty that you, as a retailer, provide yourself does not constitute a label.
bLonger than 2 yearsExactly two years is not enough—the warranty must extend beyond the statutory warranty period.
cFreePaid warranty extensions and service packages are excluded.
dAll productsAny restriction to parts or the exclusion of individual components disqualifies the label.

The label is language-neutral —a single graphic, with all official languages as an integral part. It may be displayed in a collapsible format but must be visible immediately before the order is placed (Section 312j(2) of the German Civil Code) and must be included in the order confirmation. Only whole and half years are permitted as durations, always separated by a comma: 30 months are “2.5.” Rounding up is not permitted—40 months become 3, not 3.5.

Two cases that regularly fail

“5-year warranty, excluding batteries and rechargeable batteries”: The duration, fact that it is free of charge, and manufacturer status are correct—but the warranty does not cover all goods. Criterion (d) is not met, so the label may not appear. The same applies to “excluding wear-and-tear parts.”

Retailer warranties: “5 years on all items of our private label” does not meet criterion (a) unless you are the manufacturer yourself. You may advertise this promise—but you may not label it with the EU label.

You do not need to conduct research

According to the Commission’s guidelines, you are not required to actively request warranty terms from the manufacturer. What matters is what the manufacturer provides—for example, in the data sheet or product specifications.

Where the notice and label appear

Both modules are included starting with XONIC 4.9.0 (August 13, 2026). You do not need to incorporate anything into web pages or emails.

LocationNotificationGARAN LabelWarranty Period
Product Lists––Yes, can be disabled
Product pageonly with " All" placement, only for productsYesYes
Side shopping cartYes, before the order buttonsPer itemYes, can be disabled
Shopping cart pageYes, below the itemsper itemYes
Order summary (last step before the order button)Yesper itemYes
Order confirmation via emailYes, as an image with a link, plus the official PDF attachedper itemYes

Why include the shopping cart?

Express payment methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay skip the order summary. The shopping cart on the side has its own express buttons. Without the notification at these points, there would be a gap for such purchases.

For goods only

The message is omitted if all items in the shopping cart are services, hosting/SaaS, or digital products. The store determines this on a per-item basis based on “Warranty Period” and “Product Type (Warranty).” If a physical product is included, it appears (Details).

The label appears only after approval

The store does not derive the label from the warranty period: that criterion alone satisfies only criterion (b), not the other three. It appears exclusively for items that you have explicitly approved. On the product page, the store displays a small label showing the duration and the text “5-year manufacturer’s durability guarantee … for model ….” Clicking on it opens the full label with the brand and model number.

Product page for the MW-2000 cordless drill/driver: Below the price and the shopping cart button, the lines “24-month statutory warranty” and “5-year manufacturer’s warranty” with the drop-down menu “Manufacturer’s warranty,” and below that, the small GARAN label with the number 5, the text “5-year durability guarantee from the manufacturer Musterwerk for model MW-2000,” and the link “What does this mean? (EU Information)”

On the product page, the warranty period and manufacturer’s warranty are listed below the price, with the small GARAN label and accompanying text below that; clicking on the label opens the full version. Click to enlarge.

Shopping cart page with two items: for the MW-2000 cordless drill/driver, the line “24-month statutory warranty,” the GARAN label with the number 5, and the accompanying text; for the tool case, only the warranty line; below the items, the section “Your Statutory Warranty Rights” with the collapsed entry “View EU Commission Notice,” and on the right, the totals and the “Checkout” button

In the shopping cart, each item displays its warranty period; approved items also feature the GARAN label, and below the items is a message—set to be collapsed by default. Click to enlarge.

Side shopping cart on a smartphone: MW-2000 cordless drill/driver with delivery time, “24-month statutory warranty” and GARAN label, followed by a coupon field, subtotal, the “Your Statutory Warranty Rights” section with “View the EU Commission’s Notice,” and the “Checkout” and “Open Shopping Cart” buttons

The side shopping cart displays the warranty period and label for each item, along with the message directly above the order buttons—shown here on a smartphone. Click to enlarge.

In the order confirmation

The notice is included by default at the end of the “Order Confirmation” email. If you want it in a different location, insert the placeholder {EU_GUARANTEE_NOTICE} into the email template under CMS → Emails & Marketing / Automations. The language is determined by the order. The store also attaches the official PDF as long as the setting “Email Attachment for Order Confirmation (PDF EU Warranty Notice)” is set to Yes.

Two sections from the order confirmation preview, separated by a dotted line: at the top, the list of items with the GARAN label and accompanying text for the MW-2000 cordless drill/driver; for the tool case, only the warranty line; at the bottom of the email, the section “Your Statutory Warranty Rights,” the European Commission’s “Statutory Warranty” graphic, and the link to the EU information

The order confirmation displays the GARAN label for each item and attaches the notice as an image with a link at the end of the email (two previews under CMS → Emails & Marketing / Automations). Click to enlarge.

Notice and Label in Multiple Languages

You do not need to insert any images or text yourself. The store selects the appropriate version based on the customer’s language.

Message

XONIC provides 12 official EU versions: Danish, German, English, Finnish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Spanish, Czech, and Hungarian. The appropriate graphic appears automatically in these store languages.

There are no EU versions for Arabic, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Russian, and Ukrainian. In these cases, the “EU Warranty Notice: Fallback Language” applies: English graphic (default), graphic in the store’s default language, or no graphic. The heading, explanation, and link are always in the shop’s language.

GARAN Label

The label is language-neutral: one graphic for all languages. The short accompanying text below the label and the EU link automatically appear in the shop language. You maintain the brand, model number, and duration once per item, not per language. The duration is always displayed in the label with a comma (“2.5”).

Warranty Terms

The terms of the manufacturer’s warranty are free text and are maintained separately for each language: in the item under the “Description/Tabs” tab, in the “Warranty Terms (Manufacturer’s Warranty)” field. If DeepL is set up, the DeepL button next to the field translates from the default language. If a language field is left blank, no terms will appear in that language.

Backend Settings

This notification is enabled by default. Please check the settings and adjust them as needed.

Under Settings → Checkout → General, you’ll find the four settings for the notice and the global toggle for the GARAN label, shown here with the factory defaults (the list displays “Yes” as true). Click to enlarge.

Does this apply to your store? The notice has been mandatory since September 27, 2026, for sales of goods to consumers in the European Union. If you sell exclusively outside this scope—for example, from Switzerland—the regulation does not apply; in this case, the “off” setting is available under “Display.” Within the EU, “off” is only acceptable for shops offering services exclusively or for retailer shops that are verifiably closed. The GARAN label and the cancellation policy remain unaffected by this.

Regarding the target audience: “b2c” is appropriate for nearly all shops. “auto” hides the message only if the customer is logged in, their customer group under Customers → Customer Groups is set to “Net pricing,” and their billing address includes a company name and VAT ID number. Guests and all other customers see it. In the order confirmation, the store verifies the same information based on the order. B2B always suppresses the message and is only justifiable for verifiably established reseller shops—Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) objectively focuses on whether the buyer is acting as a consumer, not on how you designate your shop. The shop displays the GARAN label regardless of the target audience.

The warranty period for the item

The line “24-month statutory warranty” is a separate specification for each item. It also determines whether an item qualifies as “goods” for the purpose of this notice.

Fields in the product listing

Go to Products → Categories / Products to open the item. The “General” tab contains two fields:

  • “Product Type (Warranty)”: Physical Product or Digital Product.
  • “Warranty Period”: “Not Specified,” “24 Months (EU Standard for Consumers),” “12 Months (Standard for Physical Products),” “24 months for digital products (§ 327j BGB)”, “Warranty based on product shelf life (food)”, “Service/Contract for Work and Materials (24 months from acceptance)” or “Hosting/SaaS (as per SLA, no traditional warranty).” The appropriate customer text, such as “24-month statutory warranty,” appears on the product page, in the shopping cart, in the order summary, and in the order confirmation.

Impact on the notification

An item labeled “Digital Product” or with the warranty period for digital products, service/contract for work, or hosting/SaaS is not considered merchandise. Everything else is merchandise—including “No Specification” and food. If there is at least one item of merchandise in the shopping cart, the notice appears. On the product page, the individual item determines whether the message appears.

There is no category-specific setting, nor is one necessary. The “Service Product” (cancellation) toggle has no effect on this message.

Note regarding custom-made items: If you enable “Service Product” for the item, the “Product Type (Warranty)” field automatically sets to “Digital Product.” The message will then not appear for that item. Before saving, reset the field to “Physical Product.”

Default Setting for New Items

Under Settings → General → Basic Settings → Default Warranty Period, you can specify what is preselected for new items. This also applies to newly imported items that do not have their own specification. The default is 24m (24 months). This setting does not affect existing items.

Do not select the value 60d: It is a legacy value and is treated as a digital product—without a notification.

Set all items to 24 months

For your inventory, use the CSV import under Tools → xoPort CSV Import/Export Manager. Under the “Products” section, export the “Item Number (Model)” and “Warranty Period” fields. Enter 24m in the warranty period column for all rows and import the file.

The import will reject unknown values with a message and leave the previous value as is. from 4.9.31

Hide display

  • For an item: Set “Warranty Period” to “Not Specified.” The row disappears everywhere, but the message remains.
  • In product lists: Settings → General → Basic Settings → Show Warranty in Product Lists set to No. This applies to category pages, search results, comparison lists, and boxes.
  • In the side shopping cart: Settings → Design → Off-Canvas → Off-Canvas Right: Set “Show Warranty” to No. This hides only the row for each product, not the message.

Your task: Approve the items

No software can decide for you whether a warranty meets all four criteria. That’s why the label only appears after you approve it.

How to approve an item

Under Products → Categories / Products, open the item and go to the “General” tab:

  1. Enter“Manufacturer’s Warranty (Years),” e.g., 5 or 2.5. The store rounds other decimal places to the nearest half-unit when you save (3.7 becomes 3.5).
  2. Enable“Show EU-GARAN Label.”
  3. Toggle on the “I confirm: …” switch that appears below. It summarizes the requirements: from the manufacturer, longer than 2 years, free of charge, covers the entire product, and communicated by the manufacturer. Without confirmation, the store will not save the approval.
  4. If necessary, enter “Warrantor / Brand (Label)” and “Model ID (Label).”
  5. Save. Below that, a status box displays the label’s contents in green, or explains why the label is blocked in red.

Warrantor and Model ID

The label must not be compressed or shortened. This results in strict limits: approximately 36 characters for the brand, approximately 14 characters for the model ID. If a value is too long, the store will block the label until you shorten it.

If the fields are left blank, the store will use the item’s manufacturer as the brand—but only if exactly one is assigned. For the model identifier, it uses the “Manufacturer Part Number (MPN),” or otherwise the item number, provided it fits within the 14-character limit. If multiple manufacturers are assigned, you must enter the warranty provider yourself.

Product Template, General Tab: “Product Type (Warranty)” Physical Product, “Warranty Period” 24 months (EU standard for consumers), “Manufacturer’s Warranty (Years)” 5, “Show EU-GARAN Label” and the toggle “I confirm: …” enabled, “Warrantor / Brand (Label)” and “Model ID (Label)” left blank with notes indicating approx. 36 and approx. 14 characters, respectively, below which is the green status box “GARAN Label is displayed: 5 years · Musterwerk · MW-2000”

An approved item: The warranty provider and model identifier fields are empty; the shop uses the manufacturer and the MPN, and the green status box shows what’s in the label. Click to enlarge.

Warranty Terms

In the “Description/Tabs” tab, there is a field labeled “Warranty Terms (Manufacturer’s Warranty)” for each language. This field should include the name and address of the warranty provider, the procedure for making a claim, the product description, the duration and geographic scope of the warranty, as well as a notice stating that statutory rights apply free of charge and are not restricted. On the product page, the terms appear as a drop-down menu under “5-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty”—only if a duration has been entered. They do not appear in the order confirmation.

Variants and Product Families

If the “Slave Display Type” for the item is set to something other than “Standard (Listing),” customers select the variant on a shared page. The store then checks all active items in the family: the duration, the specified warranty provider, and the specified model ID must all match. If they differ, the store does not display the label and reports “Variant family inconsistent.”

Model identifiers derived from the MPN may differ. When copying a product, the store copies the approval status and warranty provider but not the model identifier.

The checklist in the backend

Products → EU-GARAN Checklist – two tabs, two very different tasks.

“Candidates” tab

This section lists all items with a manufacturer’s warranty of more than two years that have not yet been approved—your to-do list. The “Status” column shows “Ready” or the reason why the label might be blocked. You can search by product name, item number, and EAN.

For similar product ranges, there’s a bulk approval feature: select the ready rows, toggle the confirmation switch below the list, and click “Approve Selected Items.” The shop skips items with violations and lists them in the notification.

“Findings” tab – must be empty

This section lists approved items whose labels the store has blocked. Each row specifies the reason—such as a missing duration, multiple manufacturers, or a model identifier that is too long.

This list must be empty. The label is required: A blocked label means that a required identifier is missing. Check this list after every major import.

EU-GARAN checklist, “Candidates (Warranty > 2 years, not approved)” tab: Musterladen toolbox marked with 3 years, warranty provider Musterwerk, model ID ML-100, and status “ready”; Musterladen Profi workbench with a 4-year warranty, model ID MUSTERWERK-PROFI-2000, and a red status message reading “Model ID too long for the label geometry”; below that, the confirmation switch is turned on and the “Approve Selected Items” button is displayed

In the checklist, select ready items, enable confirmation, and approve them in bulk; blocked rows list the reason and cannot be selected. Click to enlarge.

Bulk Maintenance and Marketplaces

For large product assortments, the best approach is to use the interfaces.

CSV, API, and XML

  • CSV Import (Tools → xoPort CSV Import/Export Manager, “Products” section): Fields “Manufacturer’s Warranty (Years),” “EU-GARAN Label Approved” (1 or 0), “GARAN Warranty Provider (Brand)”, “GARAN Model ID”, as well as “Warranty Period” and “Warranty Type”. The duration may include a comma.
  • xoPort API (REST): Fields manufacturer_guarantee_years, garan_label_enabled, garan_brand, garan_model, warranty_period, and warranty_type.
  • XML Product Import: The fields are only imported if they are checked under Settings → Interfaces → Inventory Management/ERPs/Accounting → xoPort Data Interface → xoPort: Product Import Settings. from 4.9.31

Set import approval only for items whose warranty meets all four criteria. Confirmation from the item is not required in this case. Then check the “Findings” tab.

Kaufland

Kaufland receives the warranty period only for approved items and only in whole years above two: 2.5 years are not transferred; 3.5 years are rounded down to 3. If you had already maintained “Manufacturer’s Warranty (Years)” prior to version 4.9.0, approve the affected items once. Otherwise, the warranty information will be omitted for Kaufland without any notification.

Missing notification or label?

Check these points in order.

The message is missing

  1. Version: The store is running XONIC 4.9.0 or later.
  2. Display is not set to "off."
  3. Placement: With "cart," it’s missing from the order summary; with "checkout," it’s missing from the shopping cart. On the product page, it only appears with "all."
  4. Target audience: It never appears with "b2b"; with "auto," it does not appear for recognized business customers.
  5. Only services or digital items in the shopping cart: Check the “Warranty Period” and “Product Type (Warranty)” for the items.
  6. Text present, graphic missing: Store language lacks an EU version and “language fallback” is set to “none.”
  7. Custom template: If your store uses custom copies of the shopping cart, order summary, or product page, the output may be missing there. Please contact us.

The label is missing

  1. Approval: “Show EU-GARAN Label” and the confirmation are enabled for the item.
  2. Checkthe status box in the product listing or the “Findings” tab of the checklist: It lists the reason, e.g., duration not exceeding 2 years, no manufacturer or multiple manufacturers, brand or model identifier too long, or inconsistent product family.
  3. “EU-GARAN Label (Manufacturer’s Warranty, Global)” is set to Yes.
  4. Custom template: same as for the notification.

Included starting with XONIC 4.9.0

Both modules are part of the XONIC Shop System—no additional license or separate module required. If your shop is still running an older version, the notification and label will be missing. In that case, an update to the current version is urgently needed.

Checklist for Your Store

Work through these steps in this order—Step 5 is the most time-consuming.

  1. Check version: at least XONIC 4.9.0, preferably the latest version.
  2. Check settings (Settings → Checkout → General): Display should not be “off”; placement should be “both” or “all”; if in doubt, set the target audience to “B2C.”
  3. Test purchase: View the message in the shopping cart, in the side shopping cart, in the order summary, and in the order confirmation, including the PDF.
  4. Label items correctly: For services and digital products, use “Warranty Period” and “Product Type (Warranty).”
  5. Work through the candidate list (Products → EU-GARAN Checklist): Check the four criteria for each item and approve it.
  6. Shorten brand and model identifiers where the derived values are too long.
  7. Synchronize Kaufland items —approve warranty periods that have already been maintained on a one-time basis.
  8. Keep the list of findings at zero —even after each import.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does this requirement mean for my store?

If you sell goods to consumers in the EU, the notice regarding the statutory warranty must be displayed. XONIC will handle this automatically starting September 4. The GARAN label is only required for items with a free manufacturer’s warranty covering the entire product for two years. You must approve these items.

Do I have to add or generate the notice or label myself?

No. The notice is enabled by default. The store automatically generates the label based on the production date, brand, and model number as soon as you approve the item (here’s how).

Where can I find the settings?

The message and the global label toggle are under Settings → Checkout → General; the PDF attachment is under Settings → Interfaces → Email Marketing / CRM → Email Options. The approval status for each item is listed in the “General” tab of the item details; the overview can be found under Products → EU-GARAN Checklist.

Where is the message displayed in the store?

On the shopping cart page, in the sidebar shopping cart, in the order summary, and in the order confirmation email with a PDF attachment. It’s also displayed on the product page (overview).

How do I display the entire notice immediately?

Set “EU Warranty Notice: Display” to “full.” The graphic will then appear on the page without requiring a click. The GARAN label always appears in small format with accompanying text; clicking on it opens the full label. This display is expressly permitted under Annex II.

Can the notice also appear directly on the product page?

Yes. Set “EU Warranty Notice: Placement” to “all.” It will then also appear on the product page, but only for goods. The shopping cart and order summary remain mandatory locations.

Do the notice and label appear in the order confirmation email?

Yes. The order confirmation includes the label for each item and the notice as an image with a link, along with the official PDF as an attachment. You can determine the position of the notice using the placeholder {EU_GUARANTEE_NOTICE} in the email template.

How do I hide the notice for business customers?

Set “EU Warranty Notice: Target Group” to “auto.” This hides it for registered customers with a “Net” customer group and a company name including a VAT ID number in the billing address. The “b2b” setting hides it for everyone and is only appropriate for closed dealer shops. The GARAN label remains visible in both cases.

How do I hide the warranty information in the sidebar shopping cart?

You can hide the “24-month statutory warranty” line using “Off-Canvas Right: Show Warranty” under Settings → Design → Off-Canvas. The EU notice remains there because the sidebar shopping cart has its own express buttons. It can only be disabled along with the shopping cart page (checkout section)—we do not recommend this.

Do I need to exclude certain categories from the notice?

No. The notice applies to all products storewide. For services, hosting/SaaS, and digital products, you can specify this on a per-item basis via “Warranty Period” or “Product Type (Warranty).” If the shopping cart contains only such items, the notice will not appear.

How do I set the warranty period to 24 months for all items?

For new items with a “Standard Warranty Period,” go to Settings → General → Basic Settings. For existing items, use a CSV import with the “Warranty Period” field and the value 24m (instructions).

How do I remove the warranty information from a product?

In the product details, set “Warranty Period” to “Not Specified.” To remove the manufacturer’s warranty line, clear the “Manufacturer’s Warranty (Years)” field. The EU notice remains unaffected; you can only disable it via “Display”—within the EU, only in the exception cases mentioned above.

Where do I add the label in multiple languages?

Nowhere. The label is a language-neutral graphic; the accompanying text appears automatically in the store’s language. For each language, simply maintain the warranty terms in the “Description/Tabs” tab (Details).

Is there also a cancellation button?

Yes, it’s also included in the store system. Instructions on how to set it up can be found in the Cancellation Button Guide.

Note

This guide explains how the two obligations are implemented in the XONIC Shop System and does not constitute legal advice. If in doubt, you should consult an attorney to determine whether and to what extent these obligations apply to your product range—particularly regarding the assessment of individual warranty terms.
