With the one-time setup fee, our team handles the entire onboarding process for your marketplace integration—from linking your account to your first successful upload:

  • Account Setup: Linking your existing marketplace account or creating a new one—including granting access rights to the XONIC support account.
  • Category import: We import the marketplace categories into your store.
  • Category Assignment: We’ll show you how to assign your store categories to the marketplace categories—working together on your product lineup.
  • First Upload: We’ll show you how to start a product upload and guide you through the initial transfer.
  • Cron Job Setup: Setting up automatic synchronization—inventory, prices, and orders are managed without manual intervention.
  • Initial Analysis: A detailed analysis of your product catalog in light of the marketplace’s requirements.

The XONIC Premium: eBay Marketplace License connects your XONIC Shop to eBay. Europe’s largest marketplace for commercial sellers—list fixed-price offers centrally via the Trading API and Sell API.

Listings via the classic Trading API, new orders via the Sell API, customized eBay descriptions for each product, and a tracking gate that won’t trigger a shipping notification without a valid tracking number.

EU Reach
eBay.de, eBay.at, eBay.fr, eBay.it, eBay.es—one connection, multiple marketplaces. Product range management available per marketplace.
Custom Descriptions
A separate HTML description per product for eBay (source code text area, since eBay listings use special HTML). Overrides the shop description during listing export.
Tracking Gate
Shipping confirmations without a valid tracking number are not transferred to eBay—prevents broken tracking links for customers.
GPSR Fields
Manufacturer and responsible person references are included in the listing (EU Regulation 2023/988).
Master-Slave Families
Variant management via families (size/color), including multi-warehouse support in legacy export.
Slave Auto-Deactivation
Slaves removed from the product range are automatically deactivated on eBay and marked as inactive locally.

What the interface can do.

Listings

  • Fixed-price listings via the Trading API.
  • A separate eBay description for each product (TinyMCE-free, as it’s pure HTML).
  • eBay specifics maintained as product extra fields and transferred as during export.
  • eBay category cache with manual refresh.
  • Shipping profiles (Return/Payment/Shipping) are filterable.
  • Custom minimum stock filtering in cron.

Orders

  • Order import starting at a configurable minimum threshold (e.g., import starting on Day X).
  • Local midnight instead of UTC as the import threshold.
  • Status changes (shipping, returns, cancellations) are bidirectional.
  • Tracking check before shipping notification.

Recovery & Maintenance

  • Magnalister Recovery: Legacy data from Shopware 5 inventories can be migrated to the XONIC Shop.
  • Diagnostic logs per call, based on correlation IDs.
  • Configurable visibility: Master, slaves, or individual products.
