With this one-time setup fee, our team handles the entire onboarding process for your marketplace integration—from linking your account to your first successful upload:

  • Account Setup: Linking your existing marketplace account or creating a new one—including granting access rights to the XONIC support account.
  • Category import: We import the marketplace categories into your store.
  • Category Assignment: We’ll show you how to assign your store categories to the marketplace categories—working together on your product range.
  • First Upload: We’ll show you how to start a product upload and guide you through the initial transfer.
  • Cron Job Setup: Setting up automatic synchronization—inventory, prices, and orders are managed without manual intervention.
  • Initial Analysis: A detailed analysis of your product catalog in light of the marketplace’s requirements.

The XONIC Premium: Otto Marketplace License connects your XONIC store to Otto. OTTO Market—a long-established German brand with a premium customer base. Integration via the OTTO Market API (OAuth2).

OTTO Market is aimed at brand retailers. XONIC supports OAuth2 authentication for the OTTO API, brand whitelisting, shipping profiles, and the tracking gate.

Brand Whitelist
OTTO Market only allows listed brands—XONIC maintains the whitelist and blocks products that are not eligible for listing before they are pushed.
OAuth2 API
Modern OAuth2-based API with app installation and access token lifecycle management.
Tracking Gate
Shipping confirmations without a valid tracking number are not transmitted.
Order Processing & Returns
Orders, shipping, returns, and cancellations are synchronized bidirectionally.

For whom

When the OTTO integration is worthwhile.

This integration is intended for merchants who are already approved as partners on OTTO Market and do not want to maintain their product catalog twice. Products, prices, and inventory come from the XONIC Shop; OTTO orders appear in the same order overview as your shop orders—with a customizable order status after import.

Because OTTO Market strictly verifies brands, categories, and product attributes, the following settings—among others—are available in the backend to help you prepare your product range accordingly:

  • Enable the main brands and main categories that you assign to your products
  • Exclusion lists by manufacturer or brand, or via xoPort
  • Automatically filter out products with duplicate GTINs or MPNs
  • Transfer only variants and individual products; automatically add MOIN
  • Calculate prices using a custom customer group, with special offer prices and automatic gross price rounding if desired
  • Optionally import orders that haven’t been approved yet, such as those requiring prepayment

For orders that OTTO blocks or rejects, assign a specific status to each one. This way, your team can immediately identify which orders must not be shipped.
