XONIC Service

Your store is moving. With zero downtime.

We’ll transfer your entire XONIC installation to a new server: files, database, permissions, SEO functionality, and domain migration—usually with zero downtime.

Complete Transfer
The store directory, database, and configuration are transferred in their entirety.
Secure
We back up the existing database before every step.
No Downtime
Your store will generally remain accessible throughout the migration.

Process

Here’s how the migration works.

1
Access & Backup
Request server data, back up the existing database, and download the store directory.
2
Transfer
Transfer the store files to the new web space; set directory and file permissions.
3
Installation
Install the store in the new database, restore data, and enable ModRewrite for SEO.
4
Testing & Domain Migration
Test the functionality of the completed installation, set up redirects, and initiate the domain migration.
