How to get the most out of your training.

Training is especially worthwhile at key milestones: when your store goes live after setup or a data import, when new employees take over orders, product management, or customer inquiries, or when you want to use features that have been underutilized—such as coupons, marketing automation, or marketplace integrations.

To ensure the time you’ve booked is used efficiently, we recommend a little preparation:

• Compile topics and specific questions in advance and send them to us
• Determine who will participate and what tasks each person handles in the store
• Have access to the store’s backend ready so we can work directly on the live store

The training takes place online via screen sharing and phone, in our training rooms in Chemnitz, or at your location. We bill based on time spent at an hourly rate; for on-site training, travel expenses and travel time are added. To get started, we recommend compact sessions that can be continued as needed.
