Can PrestaShop customer passwords be transferred?
That depends on the hashing algorithm used in the version in question. We import compatible hashes directly; where that’s not possible, your customers will automatically receive a link to reset their passwords.
How long does the migration from PrestaShop to XONIC take?
Typically 1–2 weeks, including a test migration and correction runs. The final live migration itself takes anywhere from a few hours to a maximum of one day, depending on the amount of data—your existing store remains accessible until the switchover.
Will my Google rankings be preserved during the switch?
SEO URLs are imported from the source system, and duplicate SEO names are automatically deduplicated—active products retain their original URL slug. For changed URLs, we set up 301 redirects to ensure that existing rankings are carried over.
Will multilingual PrestaShop content be imported?
