Marketplaces & Multichannel
With the multichannel interface, you can also sell your store’s products on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, OTTO, Galaxus, or Decathlon. You manage products, prices, and inventory exclusively in your store. The store transfers this information to the marketplaces and imports the orders into your order management system. This guide explains what applies to all marketplaces.
At a Glance
- Enabling individual products: In the product screen, under the “Marketplaces” tab, set the toggle for the marketplace to “Active” and save. Only active products with an image are transferred.
- Rules per marketplace: Under Multichannel → (Marketplace) in the “Settings” tab, you’ll find login credentials, order status, product filters, category and warehouse selection, and prices.
- Inventory and Price: Every sale and every time you save changes, the item is queued. The next scheduled transfer run will send it to the marketplace.
- Orders: They appear in your order management system and are deducted from inventory. The buyer does not receive an order confirmation from the store.
- Shipping: If you set a marketplace order with a tracking number to “shipped,” the shop will report the shipment to the marketplace.

Not covered in this guide: setting up eBay ( eBay Integration Guide) and Kaufland ( Kaufland Integration Guide), the Google product feed ( Google Merchant Center & Product Feed Guide), and the CSV Porter in detail ( Import & Export Guide). If you’re connecting marketplaces via Billbee, you’ll find instructions in the “Interfaces & Inventory Management” guide.
What the Multichannel Interface Does
You publish a product on each marketplace. The store transfers product details, price, and inventory, retrieves orders, and reports shipping and cancellations back to the marketplace. The table shows which features each marketplace supports.
| Marketplace | Product, Price, Inventory | Orders | Back to the marketplace |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon | Listings via the Amazon interface (SP-API), synchronization of existing Amazon listings | Import | Shipping with tracking number |
| eBay | Two integrations; see the eBay Integration Guide | Import | Shipping with Tracking Number |
| Kaufland | Offers, synchronization of Kaufland offers; see the Kaufland Integration Guide | Import | Shipping with Tracking Number |
| OTTO | Upload, update, and check the status of items. You can establish the connection in the settings by selecting “Connect to OTTO.” from 4.9.135 | Import | Shipping per item, cancellations, accept or reject returns |
| Galaxus | Product, price, and inventory files via FTP | Import via FTP | Shipping with tracking number |
| idealo | Listings via the idealo interface, optionally with direct purchase | Import of direct purchase orders, check for cancellations | Shipping, Cancellation |
| Shöpping.at | Product file via FTP, updates | Import | Shipping, Cancellation |
| Decathlon, Manor, Conrad Marketplace, MediaMarktSaturn, Galeria, OBI, Otto Office, Home24 | Offers via the shared Mirakl interface for these marketplaces | Import | Shipping, Cancellation |
| CHECK24 | Product file via the pre-built “Check24” importer in CSV-Porter | Import via FTP | No feedback |
Each marketplace has its own menu item under “Multichannel.” The first tab bears the marketplace’s name and displays the approved items along with their transfer status; next to it is “Settings.” Amazon also has “OAuth Authorization” and “Amazon Listings,” while Kaufland has “Marketplace Listings.” The menu items for Conrad Marketplace, MediaMarktSaturn, Galeria, OBI, Otto Office, and Home24 appear automatically.from 4.10

Activation per marketplace
We’ll activate the “Multichannel” menu item and the individual marketplaces for your store. You can see what you’ve subscribed to directly in the backend.
How to Identify Activation
- Activated marketplaces appear as a menu item under “Multichannel.”
- In the product edit screen, the toggle for a marketplace you haven’t booked is grayed out and includes the note “This marketplace is not activated.”
- If you access such a marketplace, the page displays the same message. You’ll see the settings, but nothing will be transferred.
Booking Individual Marketplaces
You can also register marketplaces individually, without purchasing the full package. The store retrieves the activation status when you log in to the backend. Therefore, please log in again after making a registration. from 4.10
If the store is unable to retrieve the activation for 30 days, it will deactivate individually subscribed marketplaces and display the message: “The individual licenses for marketplaces have been deactivated …”. Logging in to the backend will reactivate them.from 4.10
The approval of a product and its data remain saved, even if a marketplace is not activated. If we activate it later, it will continue with the same settings.
Approving and Excluding Products
An item is only sent to the marketplaces for which you approve it. You can approve items individually in the item screen or for multiple items via a CSV file.
Approving a product
- Open the product under Products → Categories / Products and switch to the “Marketplaces” tab. For a new product, the tab will only appear after you save it for the first time.
- Set the marketplace toggle to “Active” and save.
- A sub-tab will then appear for each marketplace. Fill in the marketplace’s required fields there—such as the marketplace category—and save again.
- The next synchronization run will send the product to the marketplace. You can view its status in the marketplace’s product list; see Troubleshooting.
In the “Marketplaces” tab, approve the item for each marketplace; in the sub-tab, replace the name, description, or price for that marketplace as needed. Click to enlarge.
Fields for All Marketplaces
In the sub-tab, most marketplaces list the “Marketplace-Independent Attributes” at the top:
| Field | Function |
|---|---|
| “Alternative Marketplace Name” | Replaces the product name on this marketplace, for example, if the name is too long. If it exceeds the allowed length, the product list will indicate this, and the store will shorten it. |
| “Alternative Marketplace Description” | Replaces the description. The store description remains blank. |
| “Marketplace-Specific Price (Net)” | Fixed net price for this marketplace. It replaces the customer group price and markup; see Prices. |
Publishing Multiple Items at Once
Under Tools → xoPort CSV Import/Export Manager, create a file with the category “Marketplaces.” Each row contains the “Item Number” (or “Product ID”), the “Marketplace Name” (or “Marketplace ID”), and the “Marketplace Status” with 1 for active and 0 for inactive. The “Marketplace Data” section sets the “Marketplace-Specific Price” as net or gross. For instructions on how to create a Porter, see the Import & Export Guide.
Excluding Items from a Marketplace
| You want to … | Here’s how |
|---|---|
| Remove a single item | Set the marketplace toggle in the “Marketplaces” tab to “Inactive.” The next run will end the listing. |
| Remove all items from a specific manufacturer | In the marketplace settings, go to “Exclusion List (Blacklist): Manufacturer/Brand.” |
| Removing a group of items | In the product form, under the “Miscellaneous” tab, enter a value in “xoport Filter,” such as kein-amazon. Enter the same value in the marketplace under “Exclusion List (Blacklist): xoPort.” Products whose filter contains this value will not be listed there. |
| Exclude entire categories or allow only specific ones | “Category Restriction for Export,” see Filters. |
Hide in the shop, keep on the marketplace
There is no “marketplaces only” toggle. An inactive item (“Product Status” off) will not appear on any marketplace, nor will an item that you block for the default customer group in its details under “Customer Groups.”
However, the setting that blocks a category for customer groups does not affect the transfer to marketplaces. As a result, items remain on the marketplace but are not visible in the store:
- Create your own category, such as “Marketplace Only,” and keep it active.
- In the category settings under “Customer Groups,” select “Custom” and deselect all customer groups.
- Assign the items only to this category. If an item is also listed in a visible category, it will remain visible in the store.
Product, Category, and Inventory Filters
In the “Settings” tab of a marketplace, the “Products” section determines which approved items are actually listed and with what inventory.
In the “Products” section, you specify which approved products and which inventory levels are actually sent to the marketplace. Click to enlarge.
| Setting | Default Value | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| “Slaves and Individual Products Only” | "No" | “Yes”: The main items in variant families are omitted; only the variants and individual items are transferred. |
| “Export products without GTIN” | “No” | Only items with a “GTIN code” are transferred. Many marketplaces require the EAN. |
| “Filter out products with duplicate GTINs” | "Yes" | If two active items have the same GTIN, neither will be exported. This often applies to master items and variants with the same EAN. |
| “Filter out products with duplicate MPNs” | "Yes" | As above for the manufacturer part number (MPN), counted per manufacturer |
| “Exclusion List (Blacklist): Manufacturer/Brand,” “Exclusion List (Blacklist): xoPort” | empty | Excludes manufacturers or items with a specific “xoPort filter”; see “Exclude Items” |
| “Interpretation of the Selection” and “Category Restriction for Export” | No selection | Whitelist: Only items from the selected categories. Blacklist: Items from the selected categories are excluded. The + next to a category includes all subcategories. Items already listed that no longer meet the criteria will be removed during the next update cycle. |
| “Warehouses to Include” | No selection | Only inventory from the selected warehouses is sent to the marketplace; the main warehouse can be selected separately. If no selection is made, all active warehouses are included. The “Warehouses & Inventory” guide describes how to manage multiple warehouses. |
| “Partners for Deep Links” | “No Partner” | Adds the partner ID to the product links that the store sends to the marketplace; see Price Comparison |
In addition, some marketplaces have their own limits in the same section: Galaxus and the Mirakl marketplaces have a “minimum inventory for products to be exported,” while the new eBay integration has a “minimum number of warehouses for export” and a “maximum number of warehouses for export.”
For Decathlon and the other Mirakl marketplaces, if no warehouse is selected, the store reports the inventory from the first secondary warehouse. If there is nothing there, it uses the inventory from the main warehouse and includes the “shipping lead time,” see Delivery Time.
Prices by Marketplace
By default, a marketplace receives the store’s price for end customers, along with any special price if it is lower. You can override this in the “Prices” section of the settings.
The markup table from the example: up to €10.00 net plus €2.00, up to €50.00 plus 5%, up to €9,999.00 plus 3%, then rounded to x.99. Click to enlarge.
| Setting | Effect |
|---|---|
| “Customer Group for Price Calculation” | The price is based on the unit price for this customer group, using their special price if it is lower. If the group has no price for an item, the standard price applies. This is how you manage a separate price list for a marketplace. |
| “Include Special Offer Prices” | “Yes”: Current special offers are also posted to the marketplace. |
| “Automatic Price Markup” | Table with the columns “Net Value (up to)” and “Price Markup (Fixed/Percentage)”; add new rows via “New Entry.” The markup is a fixed net amount or a percentage value ( %). For each item, the row with the lowest threshold value that still includes the net price applies. There is no markup above the highest threshold. |
| “Automatic Gross Price Rounding: Status” and “… Value” | With the status set to “Yes” and the value set to 0,99, the store rounds every gross price up to x.99; 14.53 becomes 14.99. |
Example of the price markup
Lines: up to 10.00 → 2, up to 50.00 → 5%, up to 9,999.00 → 3%. The order of entry does not matter; the store sorts them upon saving.
- Item for 8.00 € net: 10.00 € net (plus 2.00 €).
- Item for 30.00 € net: 31.50 € net (plus 5%).
- Item for 120.00 € net: 123.60 € net (plus 3%). Then come tax and, if enabled, rounding.
- Fixed price per item: The “Marketplace-Specific Price (Net)” in the item’s sub-tab replaces the group price and markup. Gross rounding applies to this price on most marketplaces, but not on Mirakl marketplaces.
- Mirakl marketplaces (Decathlon, Manor, and others) do not have a “customer group for price calculation.” They receive the standard price; special prices are applied only if “Consider special offer prices” is selected.
- Check Margin: The marketplace’s item list displays “Shop Price,” “Marketplace Price,” “Cost Price,” and “Margin (%)”. If the marketplace price is at or below the cost price, it is highlighted in red.
- eBay (Classic) has its own price fields; see the eBay Integration Guide.
For orders, the shop uses the price the buyer paid on the marketplace, not the current shop price.
Delivery Time for the Marketplace
Each marketplace retrieves the delivery time differently. Some integrations derive it from the item’s traffic light profile, while others use a separate field.
| Marketplace | Where the delivery time comes from |
|---|---|
| idealo | From the item’s traffic light profile: the level that matches the inventory, along with its “delivery time in days,” such as “2–4 business days.” If no specific day is specified, the text for that level is used. |
| Kaufland | From the traffic light profile: the number of days until the earliest delivery date for the corresponding level is used as the processing time, with a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 100 days |
| OTTO | "Delivery Time (in Days)" field in the OTTO sub-tab of the product listing |
| Galaxus | “Replenishment Time” in the settings for all items. If it is set to 0, the “Replenishment Time in Days” field on the item applies. |
| Decathlon and other Mirakl marketplaces | “Shipping Lead Time” in the settings, only for items not located in the primary secondary warehouse. If there are no multiple warehouses, this value is always used. |
| eBay | “Time to Ship” on the product; see the eBay Integration Guide |
| Amazon | The store transfers price and inventory, but not delivery time. You set the processing time on Amazon. |
You create traffic light profiles under Products → Traffic Light Profiles; see the guide on Creating & Managing Products. If you change a profile, the new delivery time takes effect only after the next transfer of the item.
When and how often the store transfers inventory
The store does not transfer data immediately after every change. It marks changed items for transfer, and a scheduled process sends them to the marketplace.
How the transfer works
- Every inventory transaction—such as a sale in the store or on another marketplace—and every time the product is saved marks it for transfer.
- The scheduled tasks (cron jobs) call the “Update Product,” “Export Products,” and “Import Orders” functions for each marketplace. We’ll determine the frequency with you during setup. There is no fixed schedule in the store.
- Each run transfers only pre-marked items and operates in batches. For large product ranges, this means it takes several runs until everything is transferred.
- If the marketplace rejects an item, the shop will try again after one day.
- Check status: Above the marketplace’s product list, you’ll see a message such as “3 products are out of date and will be automatically updated shortly.”
- Transfer Immediately: In the product list, “Update Product” or “Export Products” manually triggers a run. For individual products, select them and choose the appropriate action from the “Action for Selected Products” menu, provided the marketplace offers it.
- Which inventory: Available inventory minus safety stock; for multiple warehouses, it’s taken from the selected warehouses—see filters.
- Stock 0: Each marketplace handles what happens to the listing differently. For eBay, see the eBay Integration Guide.
Orders from Marketplaces
The order import creates each marketplace order as a regular order. You process them just like a store order: invoice, packing slip, shipping label, status.
Settings in the “Orders” section
- “Order Status After Import” for new orders
- Amazon: “Order Import Period (Days),” default setting is 30 days back
- Kaufland: “Retroactive Days for Order Synchronization,” default is 10
- OTTO: “Import orders not yet approved (e.g., prepayment)” and custom statuses for blocked and rejected orders
- eBay (new): “Also import unpaid orders”
- Galaxus: “Customer Groups After Import” and “Order Status in Case of FTP Error”
How the store assigns items
- by item number; for Galaxus, alternatively by EAN
- At Kaufland, via the EAN. If it’s missing from the order, the line item remains without a store item.
- The store deducts inventory just as it would for a store order; see the Inventory & Stock Guide.
- Keep the item number and EAN consistent and unique across the store and marketplace.
Customer, Name, and Address
- Guest account per order: The import creates a separate guest account for each order, even for repeat customers. Like guest accounts from the store, the store deletes it after one day when you log in to the backend. Name, addresses, and email address remain associated with the order.
- Name: Amazon and eBay provide the name in a single field. The store splits it at the last space; a single word becomes the last name. It does not recognize company names; “Zahnpraxis Mundwerk GmbH” is split into the first name “Zahnpraxis Mundwerk” and the last name “GmbH.”
- “Address verification required”: Marketplaces provide the address on separate lines. If the house number is not at the end, if a name appears in the street field, or if the street name is unusually long, the store flags the order in both the list and detail views. Check the address, correct it if necessary in the order editor, and click “Address is correct.”
If the house number is not at the end, the shop flags the marketplace order; after verification, confirm by clicking “Address is correct.” Click to enlarge.
Emails During Import
The store does not send an order confirmation to the buyer for marketplace orders; the marketplace handles that. For Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, OTTO, Galaxus, and idealo, a copy is sent to the addresses listed under Settings → Interfaces → Email Marketing / CRM → Email Options → Send Order Copy via Email. For eBay (Classic), this is controlled by the “Send order copy on eBay import” setting.
Report Shipping, Tracking Numbers, and Cancellations
You report shipping via the order status. When a marketplace order changes to a shipping status, the store sends the tracking numbers to the marketplace. A cancellation status notifies OTTO, idealo, Shöpping.at, and the Mirakl marketplaces of the cancellation.
How to report shipment
- Generate the shipping label within the order or enter the tracking number. Labels automatically save the tracking number to the order; see the Shipping & Delivery Guide.
- Set the order to a shipping status, such as “shipped.” XONIC Support will determine which statuses are considered “shipped” and which are considered “canceled” for you.
- The store reports the shipment, including all tracking numbers, to the marketplace. This also works if your inventory management system sets the status via the API. Using xoScan, the store reports the shipment to Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, Galaxus, and the Mirakl marketplaces.
| Marketplace | Shipping | Cancellation Status |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon, Galaxus | If there is no tracking number, the store cancels the status update and reports, “No tracking number is on file for order ….” | No message |
| Kaufland | Without a tracking number, the store does not report the shipment; see the Kaufland Integration Guide. | No message |
| eBay | With tracking numbers; for in-store pickup, also without—see the eBay Integration Guide | See the eBay Integration Guide |
| OTTO | Select the items in the order, choose “Parcel Shipping” or “Freight Shipping” in the “Selected Order Items” menu, and assign shipping and return tracking numbers by clicking “Confirm Shipping.” Confirm or reject returns on a per-item basis. | Reports the cancellation |
| idealo, Shöpping.at, Mirakl marketplaces | via the shipping status | reports the cancellation |
If OTTO itself cancels an order that is still pending with you, the shop will set it to “Canceled” status during the next order import and note this in the order history. If the order has already progressed further, the status remains the same, and you will receive an email at the shop’s address.from 4.9.135
Shipping email to the buyer?
Whether the buyer also receives an email from the store when the status changes is determined solely by the “Notify Customer” toggle in the order. The shop does not distinguish between shop orders and marketplace orders and sends the email to the email address provided by the marketplace. The notification to the marketplace is sent regardless of this setting.
Whether you should or are allowed to contact marketplace buyers yourself is governed by the marketplace’s terms and conditions. If you do not want to send emails to marketplace buyers, leave “Notify Customer” unchecked for these orders. The content of the status emails is described in the CMS & Email Templates Guide.
DHL label fails for a marketplace order
- The most common cause is the address: The DHL interface looks for the house number at the end of the street field. Pay attention to the message “Address verification required” and, in the order editor, separate additions such as practice or company names from the street and house number.
- The store truncates entries that are too long to the limits set by the shipping provider and logs this—for DHL, this is 40 or 50 characters for the street, depending on the interface.
- The remaining error messages and settings are listed in the Shipping & Delivery Guide.
Manufacturer Information (GPSR) for Marketplaces
Marketplaces require manufacturer information for each item and, for manufacturers outside the EU, details of the responsible person in the EU. The store retrieves this information from Products → Manufacturer.
| Marketplace | What the store transmits |
|---|---|
| eBay | Manufacturer’s company name, address, country, and email; for manufacturers outside the EU, the responsible person. If the country is missing or the ZIP code is too long, the store skips creating a new entry—see the eBay Integration Guide. The new eBay integration also sends this information. from 4.9.70 |
| Kaufland | Contacts are sent to Kaufland once per manufacturer; see theKaufland Integration Guide.abfrom 4.10 |
| OTTO | Manufacturer’s name and address |
| Amazon | Email address or website of the manufacturer and the responsible person. You enter the full address directly on Amazon; the information in the listing refers to it. |
For the manufacturer, enter at least “Manufacturer’s Address: Company,” street, ZIP code, city, “Manufacturer’s Address: Country,” and “Manufacturer’s Address: Email Address” or “… Website.” If the country is outside the EU, the form will display the fields “Address of the responsible person: ….” Be sure to fill these in as well.
Synchronize Listings from the Marketplace
For Amazon and Kaufland, the store retrieves the listings already in your marketplace account and links them to your products. This allows you to import existing listings without having to create them from scratch.
Amazon
- “Amazon Listings” tab: “Import Listings” loads the listings; “Auto-Match (SKU)” suggests links based on the SKU and only saves them after your confirmation.
- “Push Prices & Inventory” transfers only the price and inventory of all linked listings, not the content.
- By default, “Lock SP-API Write Access (READ-ONLY)” is set to
true: The store then only reads data from Amazon and does not write anything to it. It only transfers data when set tofalse. Deletions are additionally blocked by “Allow Listing Deletions,” which is set by default tofalse.
Kaufland
“Marketplace Listings” tab with “Sync Now,” “Auto-Assign,” and “End Listing.” The Kaufland Integration Guide describes the process and live status.
idealo and price comparison portals
You can integrate price comparison sites in two ways: idealo via the multichannel interface, and many other portals via a product file from CSV-Porter.
idealo via Multichannel
- Under Multichannel → idealo, enter your idealo credentials in the “Settings” tab (“API Mode,” “Live: ClientID,” “Live: ClientPassword”).
- Publish products as described above. In the idealo sub-tab, “Allow Direct Purchase,” “Shipping Type,” and “Free Returns in Days” control the listing.
- The store transmits the price, shipping costs, and delivery time and links to the product page in the store. Using “Check Inventory,” it removes items from idealo when they are out of stock and restocks them when inventory is available again.
- “Order Import” retrieves direct purchase orders, while “Check for Canceled Orders” retrieves cancellations from idealo.
Product File for Price Portals
- Under Tools → xoPort CSV Import/Export Manager, you’ll find pre-configured importers in the “Price Portals” group, such as those for idealo.de, billiger.de, geizhals.at, and Check24.
- Enable the importer and enter its export link on the portal. The portal will then retrieve the file itself.
- Instructions can be found in the Import & Export Guide. The Google Merchant Center & Product Feed Guide describes the Google product feed.
Assign Orders to a Partner via Deep Links
If an agency manages your channels, assign purchases to that agency as a partner after a user clicks on a product link. For marketplaces, select the “Partner for Deep Links” in the settings; currently, the Galaxus transfer uses these links. Append the partner ID to feed and Porter addresses. Purchases made directly on the marketplace do not generate a commission. See the Partner Program guide for details.
Galaxus File and CSV Files in Excel
Weight in the Galaxus file
The weight is automatically included in the file: The “Weight_kg” column in the product data and the “Weight” property are derived from the item’s “Product Weight.”
- Enter the “Product Weight” in kilograms.
- If no weight is provided, the store will set “Weight_kg” to 0.5 kg and omit the “Weight” property.
- Galaxus items without a “Galaxus Category” in the Galaxus sub-tab are missing from the product file.
Open a CSV file with EANs in Excel
If you open a CSV file by double-clicking it, Excel converts long numbers into digits: EANs appear as “4.25056E+12,” and leading zeros are omitted. If you save the file this way, the numbers will be lost.
- In Excel, go to Data → Import from Text/CSV and import the columns containing the EAN, item number, and ZIP code as text.
- Or export the file as an XLSX: These columns will then appear as text in the file; see the Import & Export Guide.
An item is not being transferred
The item list under Multichannel → (Marketplace) shows the “Upload Status” for each item. If the marketplace has sent a notification, an info icon next to it opens the “Notes.” If an item is missing entirely from the list, one of the filters is blocking it.
The product list shows the upload status for each product; clicking the info icon opens the marketplace’s message; and a marketplace price below the purchase price is highlighted in red. Click to enlarge.
Checklist
- Is the marketplace activated? See Activation.
- Is the marketplace toggle in the “Marketplaces” tab still set to “Active”? The store automatically deactivates it in case of filter violations.
- Is the item active, does it have an image, and is it visible to the default customer group?
- Does it have a “GTIN code” that isn’t used by any other active item? The same applies to the manufacturer number.
- Is it in an allowed category, is its manufacturer not excluded, and is it not the main item in a variant family under “Slaves and Single Products Only”?
- Does it meet the marketplace’s minimum stock requirement?
- Are the required fields in the marketplace’s sub-tab filled out? OTTO, for example, displays messages such as “Brand not selected,” “Category not selected,” or “Shipping type not selected.”
- For Amazon: Does “Lock SP-API Write Access (READ-ONLY)” appear at
false?
| Filter (display in the column) | Meaning |
|---|---|
“Upload: Successful” (done) | The marketplace has accepted the item. Whether it is visible there is determined by the marketplace. |
“Upload: Pending” (pending) | The item is waiting for the next batch processing run or for a response from the marketplace. |
“Upload: Failed” (failed or error) | The marketplace has rejected it. The reason is shown in the “Notes”; the next attempt will be made after one day. |
“Upload: Inactive” (inactive) | The listing has ended, for example, after the approval was revoked. |
| “Upload: Not transferred” (blank) | The item has been approved but has never been transferred. |
Logs
The shop logs every request to a marketplace in daily files on the server, in the folder tmp/log/ with a subfolder for each interface, such as tmp/log/Xonic/Api/Kaufland/ or tmp/log/api/mirakl/. The shop deletes older files after the set retention period, which is one month by default.
There is no view for this in the backend. Please provide us with the marketplace, item number, and date/time, and we will analyze the log for you. For eBay, the shop displays the message directly in the overview; see the eBay Integration Guide.
